MANTECH International Corporation is hiring a fully remote, full-time Proposal Staffing Lead to lead the development of compliant, competitive proposal staffing plans and supporting analytic products for complex Federal proposals. The role coordinates staffing architecture with technical solutions, pricing, labor-category requirements, BOE development, and proposal reviews, while leading a small team and adjudicating reviewer comments. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of Federal Government contracting, capture, or proposal development experience, including at least 5 years leading staffing architectures, LCAT mapping, BOE development, or recruiting; an additional 6 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree. The projected compensation range is $129,300.00-$230,900.00, with health insurance and other benefits available.
