Singota Solutions is hiring a part-time Proposal Writer 1 for its Business Development department. The role is based in Bloomington, Indiana and is remote, with a 20-hour-per-week first-shift schedule. Responsibilities include preparing client-ready project plans, amendments, budget estimates, timelines, supporting materials, and proposals; coordinating with business development and client services teams; defining project scope and resources; maintaining proposal quality and accuracy; and supporting contract templates, client files, and reporting. The position requires at least two years of sales, business development, or client services experience, experience writing highly technical proposals, MS Office and CRM proficiency, and a bachelor's degree in business, management, or an applicable scientific field; four years of pharmaceutical or life sciences experience is preferred.
