BI&A is hiring a Proposal Writer to develop compliant and compelling proposal content for IC and DoW proposals, including interview-based content, peer review, RFP alignment, win strategies, slide content, and briefing scripts. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10 years of proposal writing experience, an active TS/SCI clearance, and experience with large, complex federal prime proposals. It is a hybrid position based in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, with a pay range of $110,000 to $130,000.
