CIMA+ is hiring a Service Proposal Writer to develop competitive proposals and service offers in response to Requests for Tenders for infrastructure projects serving municipalities and real estate developers. The role coordinates content experts, engineers, partners, and subcontractors; drafts technical, financial, administrative, and graphic proposal components; tracks timelines; prepares project leads for major-bid interviews; and improves tender-response processes. The core team is based in Québec, with offices in Québec, Sherbrooke, Baie-Comeau, Saguenay, Montréal, Laval, and Gatineau, and the position follows a hybrid schedule with telework and two days on-site. Candidates need at least five years of technical writing or service-offer development experience, strong French and English skills, relevant training or experience, and knowledge of Québec and Canadian public organizations.
