The role maintains technical baseline and governance documentation, manages subcontractors, oversees contracts, reviews stakeholder submissions, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, interprets contract requirements, and supports program-level reporting and subcontractor evaluation. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and experience authoring technical reference materials and governance documentation, along with strong communication, teamwork, and Microsoft Office skills.
