Description
Swan is hiring a full-time Proposal Writer / Capture & Growth Manager to lead proposal writing, technical content, capture management, and growth operations for defense and federal technology pursuits. The role owns end-to-end RFP, RFI, RFQ, SBIR/STTR, OTA, and other solicitation responses; develops capture plans and opportunity pipelines; coordinates SMEs, reviews, pricing, and customer briefings; and supports internal initiatives. It requires at least five years of federal proposal writing, capture management, technical writing, or business development experience, strong writing and project-management skills, familiarity with U.S. government acquisition processes, and U.S. Person status. The position is remote within the United States, with Washington, DC or San Francisco preferred, and offers health, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement, and other benefits.
