Precision Medicine Group is hiring a Senior Proposals Manager to build and support a proposals team for clinical trials across Latin America and North America. The role develops client-focused budgets and proposal text for Phase I–IV clinical trial RFPs, coordinates RFP preparation with operational, sales, finance, and vendor partners, supports work orders and RFIs, and responds to client questions. The position requires a four-year college degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of proposal or contract development experience, and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft applications; a graduate degree and CRO experience are preferred. The role is marked remote and requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship.
