Description
M&G is hiring a Proposition Manager to develop, manage, and govern intermediary propositions, initially focused on packaged financial solutions. The role translates customer, adviser, market, commercial, regulatory, and risk insights into requirements, delivery plans, recommendations, and governance materials; coordinates cross-functional delivery; monitors performance; and resolves issues. It reports to the Head of Proposition Innovation and offers hybrid working across Kildean, Edinburgh, Reading, and London.
