Description
The Props Program Lead manages an hourly, shift-based Prop Team that stages, tracks, and fulfills physical objects used by robots during data collection and research. The role directs the request queue, assigns work, manages inventory and staging, audits team performance, coordinates with researchers and operations leads, maintains cross-shift continuity, and leads the team across shifts. The position requires experience managing and motivating an hourly workforce, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to direct people as the primary responsibility.
