Description

Rocket Lab is hiring a Propulsion Analyst Intern to support the Propulsion team in creating finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) models for new and updated rocket engine designs and to analyze critical rocket engine hardware. The intern will work with mentors and multidisciplinary propulsion team members, attend regular progress updates, and participate in technical talks and networking events. The role requires enrollment in an engineering, physics, or mathematics degree program, a GPA of at least 3.0, and at least three months of applied engineering experience; it is full-time and on-site for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks beginning in January, February, or March 2027, with compensation of $28 per hour in California.
