Description
The Propulsion & Control Engineer will own the terminal control propulsion subsystem of an anti-ballistic missile interceptor from architecture and sizing through actuation, integration, and qualification testing. The role involves developing fast-response actuation systems, validating performance through bench, environmental, and qualification tests, managing propulsion and actuation suppliers, and collaborating with GNC, mechanical, systems, and other engineering teams. Candidates need a BSc, MSc, or PhD in aerospace, mechanical, or a related technical field, at least 10 years of experience in rocket, spacecraft, missile propulsion, or a closely related field, and hands-on experience with propulsion or reaction-control hardware, fast-response actuation, testing, and propulsion physics.
