Description
Hermeus is hiring a Development Engineer on its Propulsion team to advance engine hardware through rapid, test-driven iteration. The role owns engine test campaigns from planning through execution and post-test analysis, supports live hot-fire and subsystem testing, develops Python-based data-processing and visualization tools, performs root-cause analysis, and collaborates with design, manufacturing, avionics, and test teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, or a related engineering discipline, hands-on hardware build, integration, or test experience, engineering test-plan experience, Python proficiency, and knowledge of sensors and instrumentation.
