Description
Isar Aerospace is hiring a Propulsion Development Engineer for its Engine Valves Team to design and procure valves for propulsion systems. The role covers requirements definition, CAD modeling and drawings, valve design and reviews, manufacturing coordination, assembly optimization, and testing from prototype through qualification and integrated system tests. The engineer will analyze test data, support component and system reliability, and may travel to Isar’s test and launch facilities. The position requires an M.Sc. or M.Eng. in aerospace, mechanical, or a similar engineering field, hands-on testing and machining experience, CAD proficiency, and knowledge of Python or a similar programming language.
