Intuitive Machines is hiring a Propulsion Design Engineer in Houston, Texas, to support the development of next-generation liquid rocket engines and propulsion hardware. The role focuses on designing, analyzing, fabricating, and testing injectors, combustion chambers, manifolds, feed systems, and other propulsion components; developing CAD models and manufacturing documentation; optimizing designs for additive manufacturing; and supporting assembly, hot-fire testing, anomaly investigation, and data analysis. The position requires a mechanical, aerospace, or related engineering degree, 3–5 years of liquid rocket engine design, fabrication, and testing experience, and proficiency with Creo, SolidWorks, or equivalent CAD software.
