Shield AI is hiring a full-time Propulsion Test Engineer to design, fabricate, assemble, and maintain test fixtures and instrumentation; develop and execute propulsion-system test plans and campaigns; conduct piston-engine and propeller tests; operate data-acquisition and calibration equipment; support avionics and electrical testing; and analyze test data to improve engineering designs. The role requires hands-on hardware and avionics fabrication, precision measurement, shop and lab work, and physical handling of equipment, with aerospace propulsion experience preferred.
