The Exploration Company is hiring a Propulsion Ground Support Equipment Team Leader to lead the end-to-end development, commissioning, and operation of ground support equipment for cryogenic rocket engine and storable thruster test benches. The role covers fluid and structural design, fabrication, high-pressure testing, safety procedures, data acquisition and control systems, and management of cross-functional engineering and technical teams. Candidates need a master’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, or chemical engineering, at least five years of relevant propulsion or high-pressure processing experience, and at least two years leading engineering or technical teams.
