The role covers test planning, ECU tuning, fuel mapping, ignition timing, injector phasing, torque, power, speed, and fuel-efficiency analysis across bench and flight tests, troubleshooting, performance-model refinement, and cross-functional design reviews. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least five years of mechanical or aerospace engineering experience focused on engine performance or calibration, hands-on reciprocating-engine experience, and experience with electronically controlled fuel injection and ECU calibration. The position offers a full-time regular employee package with pay, bonus, benefits, and equity, or a temporary employee package with applicable benefits after 60 days.
