Mach Industries is hiring a Propulsion Program Planner in San Luis Obispo to coordinate propulsion hardware planning, material readiness, supplier execution, schedules, manufacturing, testing, integration, and program delivery from design release through production. The role partners with engineering, design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams; manages engineering changes and ITAR compliance; and uses ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of relevant aerospace, propulsion, defense, or advanced manufacturing experience, and strong project management and analytical skills.
