Description
The Prosecuting Attorney's Assistant supports the prosecution of cases across all divisions by coordinating witnesses, assisting attorneys with trial preparation, analyzing cases, serving subpoenas, obtaining records, responding to FOIA requests, and completing special projects. The full-time position is based at the 58th District Court in Holland, Michigan, with a Monday-Friday schedule and possible travel to other county locations. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus five years of progressively responsible criminal justice investigation experience, a valid Michigan driver's license, and knowledge of criminal investigations, evidence handling, courtroom testimony, and related legal procedures.
