Description
The Prospect Development Analyst will identify, research, qualify, and track prospective donors for Memorial Park Conservancy, supporting major-gift and principal-gift fundraising strategies. The role performs financial and biographical prospect research, analyzes donor capacity and fundraising pipelines, maintains Raiser’s Edge NXT data, and develops cultivation strategies for individuals, foundations, and corporate donors. It is a full-time hybrid position requiring regular on-site presence at Memorial Park, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional evening or weekend work. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability benefits, and a 401(k), with a salary of $60,000–$70,000.
