Description
AECOM is hiring a Protection and Controls Engineer to support its Energy Business Line’s Engineering Center of Excellence in grid modernization programs, projects, and pursuits. The role covers electrical engineering design, power system studies, protection settings and relay configuration, construction and commissioning support, peer review, client meetings, and mentorship. It can be performed remotely from the United States or hybrid from an AECOM U.S. office. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and six years of relevant experience, including six years of protection and controls experience; professional engineering licensure and additional project-lead experience are preferred. Relocation assistance and U.S. employment authorization sponsorship are not available.
