Description
AECOM is hiring a Protection and Controls Engineer to support its Energy Business Line’s Engineering Center of Excellence in grid modernization programs, projects, and pursuits. The role covers electrical engineering design, power system studies, protection settings and relay configuration, project schedules and budgets, construction and commissioning support, peer review, client meetings, and mentorship. It can be performed remotely from the United States or hybrid from an AECOM U.S. office, with no relocation assistance or U.S. employment authorization sponsorship. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and six years of relevant experience, including six years of protection and controls experience.
