USAA is hiring a Protective Security Officer II in Phoenix, Arizona, to provide armed response to workplace violence, active-shooter, and duress incidents; render first aid; control access to protected areas; patrol and monitor security; enforce policies; and support incident response and security management. The role requires an office presence four days per week, a high school or equivalent diploma, at least one year of physical security, law enforcement, or military combat arms experience, a valid state driver's license, and completion of required training and licensing. Compensation is $43,680 to $65,750, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
