Mercy Health is hiring a Protective Services Dispatcher for Springfield Regional Medical Center to operate a protective services dispatch center. The role handles emergency and non-emergency calls, coordinates protective services field units, monitors radio and security systems, dispatches personnel, documents responses, and provides customer service. A high school diploma or GED is required, while 1–2 years of security or telephone operations/dispatch experience is preferred.
