Control Risks is seeking a dynamic operational security leader to lead its Protective Services practice for the United States and Canada, based in New York City or Washington, District of Columbia. The role combines strategic leadership, operational delivery, business development, financial oversight, and thought leadership across executive protection, event security, workplace violence response, TSCM, travel risk management, crisis management, and protective intelligence/GSOC integration. The position requires extensive leadership experience, consulting background, a bachelor’s degree, executive protection training, and the ability to obtain multi-state security licenses; it offers a hybrid working arrangement and a base salary of $170,000 to $180,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.
