Description
The Protective Support Specialist will monitor, install, repair, maintain, and test fire, security, CCTV, access control, intrusion, and life-safety systems; document activities and reports; maintain testing and equipment records; and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues. The role requires an associate degree and technical certification, at least two years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license and passport, First Aid/CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain it, domestic travel of up to 15%, and availability for after-hours and weekend work.
