Gavin de Becker & Associates (GDBA) is hiring a Protector in Miami to support executive protection and site security for high-profile clients. The role includes monitoring property through a command center, screening visitors and vendors, coordinating security plans, responding to emergencies, providing physical protection and secure transportation, preparing advance locations, and documenting suspicious activity. Candidates should be physically fit, able to complete training and readiness tests, swim, pass a background check, be drug and nicotine free, and obtain required state firearm/security licensing. Compensation starts at no less than $81,000 in first-year base earnings with potential up to $100,000 based on experience, training performance, and promotion opportunities, plus a strong 401(k) plan.
