Pilgrim's is hiring a Protein Conversion Cooker Operator for its Edinburg, Virginia facility. The role operates cookers and performs daily cleaning, with a Monday-Friday 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. schedule and weekends and overtime as needed. Applicants must be able to lift 75 pounds, work independently and in extreme conditions, maintain excellent attendance, and hold a valid driver's license; a high school diploma is preferred but not required. Compensation is a base hourly range of $20.95, with medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning after 60 days of employment.
