Polène is hiring a Prototype Maker to support the technical development of its leather-goods collections. The role creates patterns and mock-ups, prepares templates and technical sheets, develops construction methods and prototypes, anticipates manufacturing challenges, adjusts finished products to boutique quality, and collaborates with industrialization workshops in Paris and manufacturing workshops in Spain. Candidates should have experience in prototyping, pattern making, or product development, CAD skills, leather-goods manufacturing knowledge, and familiarity with workshop machinery.
