Bolt Farm is hiring one Prototyper to design, build, and operate the entire guest journey from pre-arrival intake through 180 days after check-in. The role owns the Dreamweaver, Host, and Guest Communications teams; standardized guest “wows”; personalization at scale; an AI layer for guest operations; service recovery; weekly iteration; and rebooking, loyalty, and enhancement revenue. The position requires building a working prototype quickly, having others use it, and designing for emotional impact rather than just function. No degree, hospitality background, or minimum years of experience are required.
