Neuralink is hiring a Prototyping Lab Engineer & Manager to design and operate R&D laboratory spaces, manage lab equipment and inventory, maintain safety and organizational standards, and support engineers and technicians with prototyping, fabrication, testing, and project execution. The role requires hands-on experience with prototyping, model making, fabrication, testing, and lab operations, along with experience planning and building R&D workspaces. The position offers a base salary of $68,000 to $114,000 USD, equity compensation, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
