BetterHelp is hiring a remote Provider Acquisition Specialist to recruit licensed therapists for its insurance-client network, manage recruitment communications and follow-up, coordinate onboarding and credentialing, and improve acquisition processes. The role requires at least two years of sales, recruiting, or SDR experience in a quota-based environment, provider-recruiting experience is preferred, and familiarity with Outreach.io, HubSpot, and GSuite. The position offers remote work with occasional travel to the San Jose, California office, a base salary of $50,000–$60,000, commission-based total compensation of $100,000–$110,000, and health, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness benefits.
