This role involves collaborating with Finnii Health's team to develop guidelines, supervise technicians, monitor treatment effectiveness, conduct assessments, design intervention plans, train staff, and collaborate with families. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, a valid BCBA certification, appropriate state licensure, and at least three years of ABA experience with supervisory roles.
