Finni Health is looking for experienced Behavioral Therapists (BCBAs) to establish their own practices. This role involves collaborating with Finnii Health's team to develop practice guidelines, managing billing and insurance, supervising technicians, conducting assessments, designing intervention plans, ensuring evidence-based treatments, and training staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABA, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care to families affected by autism.
