Description
Hennepin Healthcare seeks a remote Provider Coding and Compliance Educator in its Professional Billing Coding department. The role supports provider onboarding, educates physicians, advanced practice providers, residents, and coding staff on coding and billing trends, analyzes documentation and billing practices, conducts provider quality reviews, maintains CPT and ICD-10-CM code knowledge, identifies reimbursement and compliance issues, and develops improvement initiatives. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday on day shifts, and requires either two years of post-secondary HIM education or three years of external coding/reimbursement experience, plus an approved coding-related certification.
