VIVA HEALTH is hiring a Provider Data Analyst Senior in Birmingham, Alabama to support Provider Services initiatives through data analytics, operational reporting, business intelligence, and decision support. The role partners with network development, provider engagement, credentialing, value-based programs, medical management, finance, and information systems to develop reports, analyze provider and network performance, monitor healthcare quality, population health, member experience, utilization, cost, and other operational metrics, and create KPI dashboards for internal and external audiences. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of data analysis experience, at least one year of healthcare data experience, advanced Excel and SQL skills, database and business intelligence experience, and strong analytical and communication abilities.
