Amae Health is hiring a full-time Community Liaison to own referral growth in the Los Angeles region. The role combines territory-building business development with hospital, emergency department, discharge-planner, and outpatient-provider partnerships; warm handoffs and urgent-response support for referred patients; and CRM and pipeline reporting. Candidates need at least three years of experience in a quota-carrying relationship-driven role, a track record of building or growing a territory or book of business, and familiarity with the Los Angeles healthcare landscape. The position requires a home address in the Los Angeles region and regular travel, offers a base salary of $67,500-$94,500 per year plus a 20% quarterly bonus, and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
