Emora Health is hiring a Provider Growth Associate to grow its network of licensed clinicians by sourcing, screening, selling, and onboarding therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists. The role owns the full recruitment pipeline from initial conversations through a provider’s first seen client, including credentialing, scheduling, profile setup, availability, and onboarding guidance. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, customer success, or a similar relationship-driven role, along with strong communication skills; healthcare or behavioral health recruiting experience is preferred.
