Description
The Provider Integration Representative supports Credentialing and Provider Informatics by maintaining provider demographic, contract, and credentialing data; coordinating credentialing, recredentialing, and ongoing monitoring; resolving data discrepancies and provider inquiries; supporting NCQA, CMS, delegation, and audit requirements; and improving processes and automation. The role is a 1.0 FTE, 40-hour-per-week position based in Wisconsin, eligible for home-office work with occasional travel to the Menasha corporate office, and requires a high school diploma, relevant experience, and familiarity with databases, word processing, spreadsheets, QuickBase, and Echo Credentialing Software.
