A fully remote Provider Operations Coordinator role for Pearl Talent’s client, a teletherapy platform delivering Medicaid-focused mental health care across multiple U.S. states, is responsible for owning the end-to-end provider onboarding lifecycle, conducting long onboarding and training calls, coordinating credentialing and setup, and serving as the primary point of contact for newly hired clinicians. The role is based in the Philippines, works U.S. business hours on CST with overlap across East and West Coast providers, offers $1,000–$1,500 USD per month depending on experience, and includes HMO coverage after 3 months for full-time employees.
