Description
The Provider Performance Advisor is a market-based, field-based role supporting provider practices in Tennessee or Virginia. The position analyzes population health and performance data, establishes operational goals, monitors quality and utilization outcomes, identifies barriers, recommends improvements, and supports sustainable change. It also trains practices, represents Equality Health in assigned markets, and partners with Practice Account Managers. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare delivery experience, extensive local and regional travel, and at least three years of healthcare industry experience, including value-based care and population health management.
