Description
Nourish is hiring a Provider Recruiting Associate to manage the end-to-end recruiting experience for Registered Dietitians. The role serves as the primary contact for applicants, conducts outbound recruiting through personalized emails and calls, manages the recruiting inbox, drives offer acceptance, tracks funnel metrics, and collaborates with onboarding, marketing, strategy, and product teams to improve the candidate experience and recruiting processes. The position reports to the Director of Provider Acquisition and requires at least two years of recruiting or outbound sales development experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with fast-paced healthcare, telehealth, SaaS, or technology environments.
