Express Scripts Canada is hiring a Bilingual Provider Relations Representative for a six-month part-time contract in Mississauga, with 21 hours per week and a hybrid arrangement requiring one day per week on-site. The role reviews and validates provider agreements, enters and updates provider information in the Express Scripts Canada system, processes modifications and terminations, performs quality assurance, and responds to provider, association, and vendor inquiries. Candidates need a post-secondary diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of office or customer service experience, Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader and Writer proficiency, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of healthcare benefit administration and claims processing is advantageous, and the role requires an Enhanced Reliability Clearance from the Federal Government.
