Description
The Senior Provider Relations Representative serves as a primary liaison between Blue Shield of California and its provider network, building relationships, supporting contract compliance, resolving escalated claim disputes, coordinating data analysis, and driving provider performance and regulatory compliance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or high school/GED plus four years of relevant experience, five years of prior relevant experience, health-plan experience, and California provider-network experience. It is a hybrid position requiring in-office collaboration, typically two days per week.
