Description
The Provider Relations Specialist will cultivate and manage referring-provider relationships in an assigned territory, coordinate communication among treatment teams, develop outreach and business-development plans, expand referral channels, attend conferences and presentations, and support clients and families from referral through admission. The role is remote, requires 70–90% travel within Massachusetts and surrounding areas, and requires permanent Massachusetts residence. Compensation is $95,000–$125,000 plus uncapped incentive compensation, with benefits including HSA/PPO, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
