The Provider Relations Specialist will cultivate and manage referring-provider relationships in a designated territory, coordinate care with treatment teams, support clients and families, develop referral channels, and execute business-development and outreach activities. The role is remote, requires 70–90% travel within the assigned territory, and is based in Dallas, Texas, with permanent Texas residence required.
