Southend Pharmacy is hiring a full-time, onsite Provider Service Specialist to verify and monitor healthcare provider credentials, licensure, DEA registration, controlled-substance eligibility, telehealth compliance, and state-specific prescribing requirements. The role supports pharmacy operations, intake, sales, and compliance teams by validating prescriber authorization, tracking credential expirations, resolving discrepancies, maintaining records, and escalating compliance risks. Candidates need pharmacy technician experience, prescriber verification experience, an active pharmacy technician license and national certification, knowledge of pharmacy regulations, and experience with pharmacy management systems.
