It requires a bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of customer-facing experience, 2+ years of client or end-user training experience, instructional design or training development experience, and familiarity with queue management or SaaS workflows. The position is fully remote with approximately 25% travel and pays $65,000 to $82,000 annually.
