UTR Sports is hiring a bilingual Provider Success Manager based in Australia to manage and grow relationships with providers, clubs, academies, and Tennis Australia across the East Region. The role focuses on client satisfaction, retention, renewals, revenue growth, onboarding, and event expansion using UTR Sports platforms and tools, while collaborating with regional and international stakeholders. The position requires at least 2 years of account management, customer success, or provider services experience, strong CRM and reporting skills, English fluency, and preferred Chinese fluency, with a competitive base salary of $45,000 to $50,000 plus bonuses and the option to work from home.
