Description
Solari is hiring a remote Provider Support Services Specialist to manage relationships with external Housing and Health Opportunities providers, serve as the program’s primary contact and subject matter expert, handle provider inquiries, maintain records, lead meetings and training, educate providers on program requirements, review provider performance, and assist with complex care coordination. The role requires Arizona residency, standard business hours, and a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in health, human, or social services; a bachelor’s degree in business, social work, or a related field is preferred. The pay range is $46,000–$53,600 USD, with medical, dental, and vision benefits starting the first of the month following hire.
